Q What is the warranty on products shipped by
CarDiscountStereos.com.

All products sold by CarDiscountStereos.com
carry a 1-year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase by CarDiscountStereos.com
against manufacturers defects and at the discretion of CarDiscountStereos.com
will be repaired or replaced.
Q How do I return a defective product?
A
Send an e-mail to CustomerService@CarDiscountStereos.com
and request an RMA Form. The RMA Form will
be returned to you for completion and return to CarDiscountStereos.com.
After review for compliance a RMA Number with all shipping instructions
will be e-mailed to you. You may also review this in our terms and
conditions.
Q How long does it take for repair or
replacement of defective products?
A
CarDiscountStereos.com does its best to keep this process as
short as possible. However, it is sometimes delayed by replacement
product stock and repair times.
Q Can I return products without an RMA#?
A
No. You need to request a RMA# to get the proper instructions and
requirements for your return.
Q Do I need to keep my product box and
packaging?
A
Yes. If you need to return the product to us you will be able to
ship it back to us with less likelihood of damage. We are also required
by the manufacturers to return products in the original packaging for
replacement if needed.
Q If I change my mind can I return my purchase?
A
CarDiscountStereos.com does not sell used, refurbished or like
new products. As a result of this policy we cannot accept returns for
any reason other than defective products which would be repaired or
replaced and no credit will be issued.
Q Do you sell used, refurbished, like new or B
stock products?
A
CarDiscountStereos.com sells only new products. No used.
No like new. No B stock.
