Terms and Conditions

Products

All Merchandise sold by CarDiscountStereos.com is brand new.  We do not sell used or refurbished merchandise!

Warranty:

All products sold by CarDiscountStereos.com carry a 1-year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase by CarDiscountStereos.com against manufacturers defects and at the discretion of CarDiscountStereos.com will be repaired or replaced. Items dead out of the box will be considered manufacturers defects. Manufacturer’s defects do not include any abuse or physical damage.

Warranty returns require RMA # (Return Material Authorization Number). In order to obtain this # you must first send an RMA E-Mail request to CDSRMAFORM@CarDiscountStereos.com . This form is the only way to get RMA #. Follow all the instructions on the form. E-Mail the completed form back to CarDiscountStereos.com. CarDiscountStereos.com will then reply to you with the RMA# and return instructions.

All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories, wires, manuals and instructions. Any product received that shows any sign of abuse or physical damage will NOT be accepted for warranty service regardless of any other problem with the product. All returns must be packaged to prevent damage in return shipping.

All products returned that are improperly packaged or damaged in shipping due to improper packaging will be returned to customer with no credits or further warranty repairs. Proper packaging is determined to be that the product should be packaged in a box with sufficient padding inside the box around the product to prevent damage in transit.

Please remember repairs take time. Your patience will be required for this. CarDiscountStereos.com will not be responsible for loss of usage of product during this period of time nor will a loaner product be made available.

Return shipping and insurance costs will be the customer's responsibility on all returns to CarDiscountStereos.com . Customer agrees to ship so tracking services can be used in case product is lost in transit and for proof of return.

CarDiscountStereos.com will return the repaired or replaced product at no-charge.

Manufacturers Association:

CarDiscountStereos.com is not associated nor claims any association with any manufacturers’ products we sell. CarDiscountStereos.com is an independent Internet Discount Retailer. CarDiscountStereos.com uses the manufacturers name and trademarks for product recognition only and is not with the intent of showing or representing any association between CarDiscountStereos.com and the manufacturers.

Manufacturers Specifications:

Responsibility of the manufacturers’ advertised specification is with the manufacturer.

Returns:

All sales are final. No Refunds or Exchanges. This doesn’t apply to defective merchandise. See Warranty above.

The customer will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee for any failed delivery attempts or refusals that result in the return of the product to CarDiscountStereos.com provided CarDiscountStereos.com shipped to the ship to address provided by the customer on the order form or by e-mail.

Shipping:

Shipping costs will be calculated and added at the time of purchase on qualifying orders and will be shown as a line item on the invoice at checkout prior to any credit card information request. CarDiscountStereos.com must verify all order information prior to shipment of any product. All orders that are placed with non-operating e-mails may be delayed or voided. All orders with Bill To and Ship To addresses that are different will require verification with the credit card company. The customer will need to contact the credit card company to be sure that any address used is on file. Check your e-mail for a few days after your order is placed to see if there is a problem for instructions.. All verified orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from CarDiscountStereos.com not including holidays or weekends. Allow 1 – 5 days shipper transit times not including holidays or weekends. 

Free Shipping:

Free shipping will be provided on orders that are $100 or more in product value prior to any sales tax if applicable. Alaska and Hawaii are not included in this program. CarDiscountStereos.com doesn't ship to FPO ar APO addresses.

Damaged Products:

All shipments are insured for damages. ALL packages should be inspected at the time of receipt for damage. If damage product is found you must retain all packaging materials and immediately notify UPS at 1-800- PICK UPS and CarDiscountStereos.com at CustomerService@CarDiscountStereos.com to file the damage claim report. CarDiscountStereos.com will assist you in getting the matter resolved in the quickest possible manner. The CUSTOMER is responsible for filing the damage claim with UPS. Failure to notify UPS and CarDiscountStereos.com within 72 Hours of the receipt of the merchandise will result in your claim being denied.

Errors and Omissions:

CarDiscountStereos.com reserves the right to refuse any order found to be placed with an error in pricing on this web site. Every effort has been made to assure accuracy. All orders placed with inaccurate prices will be promptly voided and the customer notified by E-mail.

International Sales:

CarDiscountStereos.com does not sell or ship internationally. No international credit cards, money orders or cash will be accepted under any circumstances.

Loss and Damages:

CarDiscountStereos.com is not responsible for any loss or damages associated with the use or installation of products sold.
